Christopher B. Frost

Christopher B. Frost is a trial attorney with over twenty years of experience litigating cases across the state of West Virginia.  

Mr. Frost is a graduate of Wittenberg University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science.  After graduation, Mr. Frost spent four years in Washington, D.C, working for Senator Rockefeller as his personal assistant and correspondence supervisor.

In 2002, Mr. Frost graduated from the West Virginia University College of Law.  Before joining Stephen New & Associates in 2023, Mr. Frost practiced law in Fayette, Raleigh, and Nicholas County.

Mr. Frost is also active in his community.  In addition to serving as President of the Fayette County Bar Association, he is the immediate past President of the Canyon Rim Rotary.  In April 2023, he was sworn is as President of the West Virginia State Bar and will serve as State Bar President until April 2024. 

Mr. Frost has two children and resides with his wife, Jade, who also is an attorney, on their family farm in Fayette County.
