Stephen New & Associates was founded in 2004 by Stephen P. New, the son of a coal miner and a teacher, right here in Southern West Virginia. Stephen P. New is the founder of Stephen New & Associates and focuses his practice on personal injury cases for individuals and families across West Virginia. He is known for hands-on representation, careful case preparation, and clear, straightforward guidance from the first call through resolution. In addition to injury matters, Stephen also handles select cases involving civil rights and constitutional law, insurance disputes, mass torts, and TENORM (technologically enhanced naturally occurring radioactive material)—bringing the same trial-ready approach to every case he accepts.
