Three-car intersection crash still under investigation

Morning and evening commutes are often a hectic time on the roadways. Residents and visitors in West Virginia might have to rush through traffic in order to reach their destination in a timely matter. During busy times, heavy traffic could lead to a multi-vehicle collision. This could involve several vehicles and numerous victims. A simple act of negligence or a distraction could lead to serious injuries and severe damages if an accident ensues.

The West Virginia Police are still investigating a car accident that involved three vehicles. The collision occurred in the afternoon at the intersection of U.S. Route 460 and Greasy Ridge Road. According to preliminary reports, one vehicle struck two other vehicles in the intersection.

Emergency crews responded to the crash and reported that two people suffered injuries in the crash. Both were transported to the hospital for medical treatment. It is not clear at this time which vehicle they were in or whether they were a driver or a passenger.

Although the investigation is ongoing, much of the details have not been reported. Authorities have not speculated the cause of the collision and no citations have been issued at this time. Following investigation, police should be able to establish cause and liability. Those affected in the crash could have a cause of action to cover expenses associated with the accident.

Victims in a crash often deal with serious injuries, recovery and damage. Filing for a personal injury claim could help with bills and financial burdens. Gaining insight about their situation could help them make a decision and take appropriate action.
